It’s all about loving the tears.
Ravana Punished.
Aamir Khan on why we can’t make a film like Inception, in an interview with Rajeev Masand. At least he’s being frank on most parts.
He says, “We need to be more free as creative people, in our heads, to imagine.”
It’s easy really. Get rid of Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar and Priyadarshan, and half of the clutter would be gone.
“These awards are a joke, and anyone who takes them seriously needs to have his head examined, which in turn means that a lot of our film industry (people) need to get their heads examined.” Right on, Naseer!
I always liked Naseeruddin Shah. Apart from being a classy actor, he’s honest and candidly talks with a voice of sanity. Here he is on an interview with Rajeev Masand talking about awards, Bollywood film industry, Slumdog Millionaire, of Indians basking in reflected glory and Bollywood actors in Hollywood. I like the straightforward and unapologetic demeanour.
